A SENIXA Client is WHO is responsible and whose SOP applies — an organisation or a person (e.g. a neighbourhood watch, or a homeowner). It is NOT a place. One client can cover many sites. One client = one SOP.

A site is a physical property where cameras live (a house or business). It is NOT who's responsible. One site can hold cameras for several different clients. The host is whoever owns the property.

Zones are the geographic areas (Capri, Kommetjie, Noordhoek…). Every Site sits in one Zone, and this is the single list every Zone dropdown across SENIXA pulls from — add one here and it appears everywhere.

Everyone you deal with lives here once — site contacts, client contacts, suppliers, etc. Clients and Sites then point at these people, so nobody is entered twice.
