Clients

A client is WHO is responsible and whose SOP applies — an organisation or a person (e.g. KomWatch, or Nikki). It is NOT a place. One client can cover many sites. One client = one SOP.

Sites

A site is a physical property where cameras live (a house or business). It is NOT who's responsible. One site can hold cameras for several different clients. The host is whoever owns the property.
